Session Title: The Four C's of a Positive Impact Program
In this session we will explore the evolution of employee engagement and the impact that positive impact programs have on the employee experience and the bottom line. This session will introduce, The 4C's (commit, communicate, connect, and change) of Positive Impact Programming, a framework WeSpire constructed based on our own experience and research. This framework will provide attendees with actionable information around the fundamental building blocks of a positive impact program, allowing attendees to discuss their own organization's programs and walk away with an actionable go-forward plan.

WeSpire's office is located next to the gates of China Town. Our office is on the sixth floor of 125 Kingston St. Upon entering the building attendees can either head straight up the stairs to the sixth floor, or head to the right where an elevator attendant will meet them to take them up to our office.
